Did you make sure there was no space between depends and = but a space immediately after =?

Otherwise you may need to run CMD as Administrator. Start > All Programs > Accessories > right click Command Prompt and select Run As Administrator.

I don't recall ever having to Run As Admin but you never know,

I didn't get the spaces correct!!
It brings up a black windows which says at the bottom
C:/Users/Liz> and a flashing cursor. Should I type something in?
Sorry for all the questions, I don't want to get it wrong!

In the black window above the cursor it should say "[SC] ChangeServiceConfig SUCCESS". If it doesn't then something went wrong. If it did then you're halfway there. Now restart your PC.

If you follow Santer's advice from his earlier post you should see if the Print Spooler is enabled and running, hopefully it is and you can install the driver.

If none of this has happened then can you copy any error messages back here please? If you right click in the black window (Command Prompt) you will get a menu that says Mark. Use Mark to highlight text then click to copy that text. It won't say it has copied it just does it silently.
