Tiscali Problems - Again!!!

Hi, wondering if anyone is having Tiscali speed problems? I'm on the 2mb connection but for the last week haven't got more than 150kb! Eventually got through to technical helpline yesterday and they "changed a setting" - it worked. Logged off, logged on this evening and back to slow speeds (less than 100kbs!).
Can't get through to technical helpline, complained to customer care, not holding my breath!

Thanks, I'm not getting 1900Kps, yesterday wasn't getting more than 60Kps! Wireless encrypted, problems are definitely with them and not local.
I've requested a MAC and am moving - fed up with their service.
Has anyone else migrated if so who to and how easy was it?
