You don't convert to cda. Cda files are created by burning audio files to disc when creating an audio cd. WMA can be done by Windows Media Player I imagine.

I have mp3 files on a CD that I would like to rip to my PC as wma or cda files so I can burn to disc and put them on my 360 as WMP wont allow to rip from mp3 only cda, sorry for the naff first post.
  • There is a free program from Microsoft that converts MP3 to WMA format called MP3 Audio Converter LE it's part of the Windows Media Player bonus pack for XP. You can download it from HERE

  • You'll suffer quality loss if you convert from mp3 to wma.

I would never convert one from one lossy format to another lossy format.
