Aww I love the nursery and Grace looks cuter every time you post a picture!
I need to get back on the diet thing. Basically been eating pasta non stop because I have no money left for the month and OH hates going food shopping. Will try and drag him out tomorrow so I can have something other than pasta with peppers and chopped tomatoes for dinner!Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20170 -
Will have to wait till I get home to see the pictures but I'm sure the nursery is as lovely as Grace

I like your walking challenge Dinah - do you have a date to complete it by?
I'm still on the Harcombe diet (with a [STRIKE]slight[/STRIKE] massive McDonald's and chocolate slip-up

In my continuing mission to find something that motivates me to get where I want to be, here's what I did yesterday towards the four goals in my life.
16th August
Money
I mocked up two more complete products, mostly out of quick wins now, aiming to get one more complex one done today if I can - have a splitting headache which judging by the vision in my right eye is probably going to become a migraine. NIM called ebay and actually got someone with a gorm, he got his account limits lifted to 50 items/£1750 a month so I can list some more bits this weekend. Did the total for August 1st to update my signature. Also tried to run a budget for my September pay check but couldn't as the figures were too depressing. Last two bits of ebay furniture were collected.
Diet
Calories consumed: 1485
Exercise calories gained: 222
Calorie Balance: 1263 (Goal is 1280)
Restarted myfitnesspal. Started drinking squash rather than fruit juice. Weighed myself and had a small blub. Discussed with NIM about going vegan for a week (101 things) (he is considering if he'll join me on the evenings and eat meat at lunchtime, otherwise I'll just get him some meat on bones which I hate and he can have the vegan bit as a side dish). Looked for the vegan cookbook to no avail, hoping to get the guest room tidy this weekend and hopefully it'll be in there.
Exercise
Walked 3.88km pushing the buggy. This meant I had enough calories for a veggie stir fry for dinner as otherwise I'd have been hungry.
Family
The most important one. Grace and I had our walk, we layed outside on the blanket for half an hour so she could see different things (then it started to spit so we came in), and we walked up to the train station to surprise NIM, we played some facial recognition/expression games. NIMs dad and girlfriend called to say they had wanted to come see us next weekend but the flights were e500 for the two of them, I had a quick look and found Ryanair had a September sale ending last night and they could come for e114 for both, so now they're coming September 14th for the weekend

You're doing fantastically on Harcombe Beccie, how long have you been on it?
Walking kind of takes as long as it takes, I have 466 days left of the day zero project so it must be done by then, I'd like to do it within a year though. I would love to push myself and do it before the end of maternity leave, but with Grace's lungs being as they are we'll be stuck indoors hibernating any time the temperature is in single figures or below. Everyone pray for another mild winter as I'll go a bit mad stuck inside for days on end.
Glad I could help Kavics, I don't know why baskets were so hard to find - we actually set aside a whole day to go basket hunting in various shopping places to absolutely no avail.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Oh, you've reminded me of my Day Zero list which mocks me with the little on it that I have completed

That sounds like a good timescale for the walking, fingers crossed for a mild winter too.

Gosh my Day Zero list is mocking me too! Really need to pull my finger out!

Well done on your dieting Beccie! :T I seriously need to sort myself out and lose some weight. Work are doing a 'Biggest Loser' challenge in September and we have to work in teams to lose the most, I hope that will spur me on properly because we have to beat the boys! I'd rather it started on Monday as I'm now kind of thinking that I shouldn't start before the challenge kicks off as the loss won't count!
Tete/Shrimpy- how much is the Harry Potter studio tour? Thinking about taking OH for his birthday.
Will have to see how much it costs to get down there though, why does the train have to be so blinking expensive?! Even 'cheap' tickets using my friend's discount cost nearly £50 each! There's no way OH would sit on the Megabus for hours (he's not a good traveller) so that option is out too. Grrr.
Has anyone got nice weekend plans? OH is playing a pre-season rugby match so that means a nice quiet afternoon for me doing crafty things then we're off to the cinema to watch the Expendbles 2, which I've been informed has had terrible write-ups, but OH's very excited about it nontheless!
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -

Think that should work, my work internet hates that site. Can you believe we still use IE6 here?!
All quite boring to be honest and needs updating as some things have been done or need changing. I keep my 'bucket list' separate as there is no way that I could so all that in 1001 days.
ETA: Noticed when I set my weightloss goal on there I needed to lose 11lbs to hit 8st 10lbs. Before starting Harcombe that had become 36!!!
