There's lots of gold about Birdie but not so much of the less-is-more variety! I'm dying for a full-on sequinned dress but I don't think they're very flattering :o

Dinah and NIM, have you been to the Waiting Room? It's amazing! All Veggie but hearty and just delicious! They have a knitting group on a Sun as well which I'm tempted to try :) (Greenie, I know what you're gonna say!)

You're a cheeky toe-rag Shrimpy! And it's completely not true that I'm a chatterbox! ;) Back at work tomorrow so normal service shall return! :)

And I logged on this morning to a whole page of posts! :p Hope your course was good, have you been staying away or was it just in the day? Love the bowls and kindle pouches, the pouches are so super pretty!

Tete I just did a little envy-gasp at my desk at your dress, so pretty! I love the detail around the shoulders. Sorry to hear your work is so rubbish though, that feeling of just keeping everything in the air is horrid. Hope things get better :(

I get it Greenie, my OH is a bit of a chav wannabe though! I also get subjected to Professor Green morning and night, his voice makes me want to commit acts of violence! More of a Radio 2 girl myself!

Zig, no travelling expertise from me I'm afraid, the only thing I ever take with me abroad is tea bags! OH's mum gave us a huge bag to take away in August in a big blue sandwich bag, I was petrified I was going to get stopped in customs! What time do you go on Monday?

Date night sounds lovely Dinah, am hoping to get taken somewhere nice this weekend for my birthday but will probably end up with a KFC!

Yeah sorry, snowgirl= snowman! :D Although it'll be an 'interesting' adaptation as I've got candy cane striped stockings which I want to wear too! :p

I tried the Dorothy Perkins gold sequinned dress on and it looked horrendous! Would love a bit of bling though, if only I had the figure! :o I really like the long floaty maxi skirts that are about too but have no idea how to wear them without looking like a middle aged woman!

No super exciting weekend plans here, Sunday lunch with the in-laws on Sunday (surprisingly! ;)) but otherwise I don't know what we're up to. I'm going to have to dig out OH's advent calendar and finish buying and wraping his pressies, can't believe it's December next week! And that my brother is getting married in 6 days! Where did the year go?!

Glad to see normal service has resumed!

I get the shuffling thing too, is the song that was number 1 when Poppy was born so will remember that one.

New dress sounds great Tete, have you got any nice Christmas parties to go to? My christmas parties are all childrens ones haha so need to live through you more exciting people.

Got two uni friends staying this weekend which will be nice as OH is working nights so won't be much company.

Waiting Room is on the list, it's one of my mums favourites. We're being geeky in that as well as having a spreadsheet an algorhythm decides randomly where we go, which we only override if we have a good reason (ie it's a Friday night at 7.30ish, we wouldn't go to a town centre pub as they'll only be for drinkers, or if it's a cafe and not open at the time we want to go). There are obviously places I secretly hope pop up more than others.

When do you find out if you passed the course Birdie?

    OK, I admit I'm a Chatty Cathy! :p

Course was OK, it was just during the day but I was getting home late then had to spend the night doing practice tests and reading! Really hope I passed this time! I find out in about 2 weeks.... fingers crossed!

I'm a Radio 2 girl too, was converted 2 years ago when I was being driven to and from Chorley and the guy would only listen to Radio 2, when I got back to normal work and put Radio 1 on I hated it! I love a bit of Chris Evans on a morning, and I'm so sad I actually look forward to driving somewhere on a Saturday evening so I can listen to Alan Carr and Melanie Sykes! :o

Sweet Muffins. Flick MTV on once in a while, people!

I love how everyone else gets legit reasons for not posting and all I get is 'elsewhere'!

I like the sound of KFC, Shrimpy! We went out a few nights ago and ended up there. Worryingly it was a Briscoe promo that lead me to fancying chicken :o

Sunday dinner on a Sunday sounds nice Birdie!! We're not up to much either really, WWE12 and cake tonight. OH wants to go see Breaking Dawn tomorrow, then he's back at work Sunday so I have the house back to myself.

I'm gonna miss you, Zig!! :(
