yesterday i sold my wii on ebay. i ordered it played a mates and then decided i didnt like it. i had it up for auction and it was brought for £240 +20 pnp buy it now. problem is it was brought buy a new ebay member with 0 feedback. its been a day and i have not recived payment.
i know this could be me being impatient and i should wait but what do i do if after 3 days (my time policy) they have not payed? how do i claim back my ebay fees.
also how do i know if they have a comfirmed adress? as there is no way ill send it uncomfirmed now i have read some other peoples problems.

No matter what your own 'pay policy' is, buyers are permitted 7 days to pay.
Worry about confirmed / not confirmed addresses when you finally get a payment
You won't know until then.
Crossing my fingers that it's not a Nigerian scammer...My TV is broken!

just got this message
"hello can you please cancel this bid because someone i dont know has hacked into my account and made this bid please do mutual agreement thank you very much." if i do this will i get my ebay costs back?0 -
yes you will if they agree to it. if they don't agree to it you won't.
best bet is to say they haven't paid, you will have to wait 7 days before you can close it but you will get your fees back and the buyer will get an unpaid item strike.0 -
how do i even offer a mutual agreement0

as i said if they decide not to agree to it then you won't get your fees back!0

i strongly urge you to select "the buyer has not paid for the item" & then "the buyers payment has not been received" rather than "we have both agreed not to complete the transaction" and "the buyer did not want the item"/"the buyer purchased the item in error"0 -
so do i just wait the 7 days and give them a strike? can they give me a neg feedback for that?0

you have to wait 7 days before you can file it and then wait 7 days before you can close it, you will get your final value fees back and they will get a strike. you can leave them negative feedback. they can only leave you negative feedback if they reply to the unpaid item dispute.0 -

a strike is not from you...its from Ebay...its not the same as a neg feedback.0 -
what happen if they dont reply to a mutual agreement? i just feel harsh giveing them a strike when they have asked for a mutual agreement0
