Ebay help needed

yesterday i sold my wii on ebay. i ordered it played a mates and then decided i didnt like it. i had it up for auction and it was brought for £240 +20 pnp buy it now. problem is it was brought buy a new ebay member with 0 feedback. its been a day and i have not recived payment.

i know this could be me being impatient and i should wait but what do i do if after 3 days (my time policy) they have not payed? how do i claim back my ebay fees.

also how do i know if they have a comfirmed adress? as there is no way ill send it uncomfirmed now i have read some other peoples problems.

    No matter what your own 'pay policy' is, buyers are permitted 7 days to pay.

    Worry about confirmed / not confirmed addresses when you finally get a payment ;) You won't know until then.

    Crossing my fingers that it's not a Nigerian scammer...

    just got this message

    "hello can you please cancel this bid because someone i dont know has hacked into my account and made this bid please do mutual agreement thank you very much." if i do this will i get my ebay costs back?

    yes you will if they agree to it. if they don't agree to it you won't.

    best bet is to say they haven't paid, you will have to wait 7 days before you can close it but you will get your fees back and the buyer will get an unpaid item strike.

    as i said if they decide not to agree to it then you won't get your fees back!

    i strongly urge you to select "the buyer has not paid for the item" & then "the buyers payment has not been received" rather than "we have both agreed not to complete the transaction" and "the buyer did not want the item"/"the buyer purchased the item in error"

    you have to wait 7 days before you can file it and then wait 7 days before you can close it, you will get your final value fees back and they will get a strike. you can leave them negative feedback. they can only leave you negative feedback if they reply to the unpaid item dispute.

    a strike is not from you...its from Ebay...its not the same as a neg feedback.

    what happen if they dont reply to a mutual agreement? i just feel harsh giveing them a strike when they have asked for a mutual agreement
