Which bundle deal?

Hi all,
I bet this has been asked time and time again, but I wanted the best bundle deal (TV, broadband, line rental). It seemed to be with sky but my postcode doesn't fit the broadband options. I wanted to spend <£40/month. Is this possible or will I (a) have to split the bundle up to different suppliers? or (b) look to another provider, ie Virgin?
Any thoughts / comments / recommendations?
Thanks a lot.

Broadband is exchange specific. Have you done an exchange search on https://www.samknows.com for your LLU options?
If you can't get Sky LLU, then don't bother with them.
Without knowing exactly what package you want, (TV etc) no one can say what is achievable. But £40 is optimistic given a line rental of around £14 and a basic Sky sub around £22? It will depend what specific broadband and phone packages you want.No free lunch, and no free laptop

Sorry that initial question was very vague! I want basic tv, basic broadband - surf don't download lots of music or film or tv. Line rental, basic no frills or lots of calls built in. I've done the search on providers and its basically O2, plusnet, virgin, tt, orange, be, sky connect, think that's it from memory. So with sky tv at £20/mth plus line rental n broadband with plusnet it's ~£18.50 so I can do it just ideally wanted to bundle the package. I could have done in summer but now winters drawing in sky seem to have raised prices! Business I suppose...0

You really don't want the dire Sky Connect, that's the non-LLU service, which is just a resold BT service. If the others are LLU, O2 is the best choice on that list, espically with the £5 mobile discount if you can get it (family, friend, etc).
PS: if you only want 'basic' TV (no sport or movies), surely Freesat or Freeview will do the job-for nothing? No free lunch, and no free laptop

Thanks again.
You're probably right re freeview, I've just been so used to sky over the years I kind of didn't think about it. I don't want any movie or sports pack so maybe that is the best way forward and a big saving, will look into what you can and can't get on freeview as I've never had it before.
Will also do some research into LLU as no idea what these stand for! Thanks again for your advice.0 -
Or use Freesat From Sky to get all the Sky FTA channels at no cost. However this means that you will not have the PVR facilities.
