    Hi & welcome:j:T:beer:

Love your user name (I can't belive no-one has already used it!). I have a sausage casserol simmering away in my slow cooker at the mo, an 18 month old sleeping peacefully in his cot (:D) & am about to get to work re-covering & re-padding the dining chair I am sitting on right now, so best get off the pc & get on with it! The trouble with this OS lark is you want to do it as much as you want to talk about it...there just aren't enough hours in the day!

Look forward to seeing you around the board;)

    One piece of advice :)

Start a little book and add all your favourite recipies in it - add to it once you have tried a new recipe and decided you like it - that way you have all your fave stuff together and it's easy to find :) I have a note book from the sales - one end I have meal plans and recipies and the other end I have my christmas savings totalled up and also all the dates I need to remember like birthdays and end of 0% CCs :)

Hello. I signed up as a member a while back, but spend most of my time lurking. I spend hours reading the recipe threads. Since reading them I have used my SC more and have aquired a bread machine (generosity of a freecycler in my area) and haven't eat shop bread since. Thanks for all your tips. Think I'll pop over to the suggested Daily Thread now to take a look at what's going on there. Bye.
