Help card protection charge

Hooraayyy! received another statement today from frasercard with late payment charge of £15 so I rang CPP and asked them why they had'nt responded to my letter and was told that my account with them had been closed and the payment returned to frasercard, so i rang them and explained and the lady said it had not cleared yet but would remove the charges and return the balance to zero, but to ring and check everything had closed next week so its worth writing those letters to anyone whos been stuck with a cpp account.

just wondering when you had the card were you charged a fee every year or is the the first fee you would of had to pay after the 3 years. just asking as i have cancelled a style card with ted baker and its coming up to the 3 years now so am wondreing if i am expecting a bill
