    No offence taken, but when you pay extra money to ensure something is sent on time, or within a certain time which is set by Royal Mail, you expect them to meet it.

    The only guaranteed service though is special- and this was not sent special.

    How did you pay "extra" money, first class is the standard service?? The only one lower is second class which is kind of the same anyway nowadays.

    Also the time set by Royal Mail is up to 15 days.

    Extra as in, extra compared to second class, but I wish I hadn't bothered now.

    i've been waiting for some tickets signed for for 2 weeks now, its took them a week to send and now finally it looks like it has shown up Friday, 5 days after they sent it.
