Lost Package?

My friend sent me a package on Tuesday, and sent it first-class and it's still not here.. should I write it off or could it still turn up?

I refunded someone this week for a 1st Class package posted on 23rd Sept...and it turned up today! (Yes the buyer repaid, what a nice honest guy )

Royal Mail won't class it as lost until after 15 working days

Have you tried your delivery office? More often than not with our lost packages, they are sat collecting dust.

Still not know delays can and will occur??

No offence taken, but when you pay extra money to ensure something is sent on time, or within a certain time which is set by Royal Mail, you expect them to meet it.
