Viagra Spam

I was getting up to 75 viagra spam messages a day until this week but this is now exceeding 300 per day. Is there any way of filtering these out and automatically deleting them in GMail? I don't want them in my spam box or in my deleted folder. I just want them deleted, full stop!

could you create a filter to prevent the legitimate email ever going in the spam? either by subject or senders email?
