restaurant.com, anybody used it?

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience...we've used the vouchers a number of times now and never had any problems with having them honoured. I guess it's down to the individual restaurants.

Ferf has already touched on it, but restaurant.com do have an excellent refund policy - they gave me a credit back for a voucher I had bought and just not had time to use, so will certainly do something if you had problems actually redeeming the certificates. Just send them an email (contact details are on their website) and I'm sure they'll sort something out for you.
