Advice needed: Starting from scratch claiming PPI from RBS

    Just a quick follow up.

    Thanks to Anne47, I sent a basic letter to the RBS PPI department

    2 months later, after absolutely no effort or follow up on my part, i`ve recieved 3 settlement offers from RBS.

    1 states that since i claimed the PPI for more than i paid they were unwilling to offer anything and 2 are cash amounts!

    Amazing!
