first direct banking

Hi, has anyone had a problem accessing their bank account on-line with this company? Mine has been down for about 4 days now , when I ring the bank they say they thought the problem had been resolved and have not had any complaints from other users?
there is nothing wrong with my laptop I am able to access all the sites i want .but not this want?

I used to have problems accessing the site with Firefox some time ago.

You could try clearing your browser cache.

Or trying a different browser. But yeah - it sounds like your browser has cached the old page and isn't letting you see the fixed one.

Another option is to try Ctrl+F5 to force a refresh and bypass the cache.

That worked for me, thank you very much. Couldn't fiqure out what had gone wrong.
