Was killing myself at Zara barking at the ball and have just realised that wee cat is sitting looking very perplexed at where the noise is coming from!

My daughter just called me.. her B/F is at home (she was at Uni after work and he called her) - apparently Lucy tried to move the kitties UPSTAIRS.. taking them one by one.. Daughter's boyfriend realised what she was doing after 3rd kitty dissapeared.. She was trying to drag them under a wardrobe there.. He took them all back down to her box... siigh...

Daytime, when they go to work - they lock Lucy with her babies in the kitchen/living room and keep their 2 female cats outside of kitchen - just in case.

When they are at home - all doors are open and their own cats come and have a look at Lucy (not hissing so much any more) and the babies....

Lucy used to try and move kitties under the sofa - stoped that. Then it was into the "box" part of cat tree - now upstairs? Hmmmmmmmm

She is a very young baby herself..all kitties look good, lovely chunky tabbies, perhaps she is just lonely by herself and wants to be with the other 2 upstairs? No idea....

my cat had her babies in july of 1990 and it was very hot. i'd left the window open but the curtains closed to help cool the room and then found that she had taken 2 of the kttens outside and under the holly tree! To get outside, though, she had to go out of a first floor bedroom window - jump about 4 ft onto next doors flat roof extension, then a vertical jump down about 4 ft onto the extension window ledge, then onto our kitchen window ledge and the ground!!

None of the kittens were hurt at all!

Aah, Zara is so beautiful. Does she have a lot of staff to tend to all her needs?:D It looks like she's enjoying it.
