Does your daughter get any sleep? If it were me I couldn't help staring at them all the time with a stupid grip on my face, constantly saying aaah!

You can see the 2 different markings much better now, their little racoon tails are lovely.

Thanks for all the pictures so lovely to be able to follow them grow up. Lucy is so lucky to have found you and your daughter it does not bear thinking where she could have ended up.

Great news about the rehoming options, will make it easier for you all.

Oh my daughter and her b/f do get sleep as their flat is over 2 floors - Lucy with the babies are in the kitchen/living room.. where I slept last night.

Nope, did nto get any sleep as Lucy moved the babies few times finally leaving them in a box that is part of a cat tree in the bathroom before coming over to cuddle up with me to sleep herself....and each time one of them woke up (little things but they CAN screammmmmmmmmmmmmmmm) she was going there ot chec on it and then coming back to me...LOL

Got home today around midday, took Zara out, picked up Chloe from the garden where she spent the night (did not want to come back to me when called as I was was leaving yesterday), let Teddy out into the garden (straight exchange), dealt with 2 litter boxes full (yukkkkkk), fed the lot and crashed to bed myself... for an hour - slept for 6 hours.....

Those babies are so cute though.. and Lucy is such a sweetie.......

What GR's pictures can't show clearly is just how tiny Lucy is! Not underfed of course, although the kittens must be draining for her, not even just dainty....but tiny! I was shocked at how young and small she looked. How she carried those 6 kittens to term I will never know but I do know she could not have survived and kept them all healthy without GR and her daughter.
Yes....I was the surprise visitor on Friday! I live very close to GR and her daughter and was privileged to be invited round to meet the gang.

Awwwwwww, that's lovely:) and well worth a disturbed night;).

I love getting cuddles at night but it sadly rarely happens (my bedroom is "Archie's domain" and he goes nuts if Mia comes in). He comes for a cuddle when I go to bed but hops off to the wardrobe to sleep. She does sometimes sneak on the bottom of the bed during the night but only if she's cold as she'll get a hiding if he finds out :(.

Ohhhhh how lovely!:D Wish I was a bit closer!

Although, one of my pals has kittens just now (long story, and not very impressed....) and I'm avoiding her house just in case I'm tempted! If it wasn't for the grumpy, bad tempered (and of course adorable) ginger one ......

It's amazing how quickly they grow. Lucy's done fantastically well - really keeping my fingers crossed she finds her forever home very quickly once at the shelter (and the babes of course) as she really deserves it (as do all the others of course but YKWIM:o).

MY daughter has decided she does not want to let Lucy and babies go rescue at 4 weeks, she wants to keep them all to 8 weeks and get them rehomed to permanenet homes directly from her flat - with a rescue back up.

She does not want to think of Lucy or the babies being moved again and again and possibly spending any time in a cage/cattery.

So this is what is going to happen. Which means you all will get a lot more of lovely kitty photos in the next few weeks...
