As lucy seem to have enough food for a while, my daughter is keeping the Tesco vouchers from Tigger and Ampersand for the little kitties food when they are big anough to eat on their own.. hope this is ok?

How is Lucy coping? A) She is very young herself 6 is a lot of babies to cope with

Lucy drags ALL babies from her box to under the setee when home alone - when my daughter and her b/f come back home after work they fish them out one by one and put them back in the box with cat bed/blanket and Lucy stays with them there but does it again next day - daytime she wants them under the setee for some reason.... I saw the fishing the kittens out from under the setee for the first time today - they said they had to do it every day when they come after work... weird......it is a laminate floor under that settee - hope they are not cold there.. she stays with them though.. no idea why she does it as when someone is at home - she is happy with babies in the box/on cat bed/blanket.....

I did not want to take more photos today as very aware of them opening eyes so did not want to bother them with flash and it was too dark to take photos without....

It is normal for mum to move the kittens after a couple of days, even if you have put in clean bedding. I think it is a protection remaining from when tehy were wild.

My advice is if she keeps moving them every day and they risk becoming cold, put a blanket where she is moving them to so at least while she moves them they are warm.

Under the settee will be protected with something over them.

All my cats that have had kittens insist on them being under beds.

I also ordered 2 bags of 20kg Biocat cat litter from myself - did not take the photo as the bags are wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too heavy to lift for me, honest..... Now wondering how to get all this over to my daughter's .... LOL
