I've just read the brief for those GFK petrol jobs and oh my! 45 mins seems a long time to spend in a garage unless the car is being washed using a toothbrush!

Agree, it's not possible to spend that much time in them, with the wash they don't take more than 30 minutes to do. I have done lots of these and never had a query with the amount of time I have spent in there so I would not worry about it.

    all done

left just after 9 after deciding to have a little naughty lie in, 42 miles later, 21 shops done at 5pm.

just the reports to do later while watching tv, should only take an hour

a rest tomorrow ? no an early start and a 3 hour drive to brighton...

How can it be possible to type up 21 reports in an hour?

Because WHITELABEL is actually SPEEDY GONZALEZ when she types :beer:
  • I've just picked up a few jobs for helion too but the addresses seem to be wrong, I can go by the store name and the postcode on a couple but there are a couple of others where there is no store of that name at that postcode, I've emailed Max but got nothing back yet :(.

One of the stores I could see had closed down. I e-mailed him to inform him. Some of their information must be a bit out of date.

Yes, DH used to work on that retail park so recognised the post code, its a pet shop now unless of course they're meaning the electrical store in the opposite corner by the DIY place as I see them on the list in other cities.

OMG! Does anyone have a weekend number for TNS? I really do need to get in touch with them. Have emailed them but it says OUT OF OFFICE. Eeeeek!
  • How do you do 16-24 shops and reports in 24 hours. that is a very tough ask. driving time + shop + report will take 1-2 hours. are you planning on not sleeping?

Work nightshift! Shop all day, write the reports up during the evening and work all night.

I've done 22 in the one day before and in the run up to Christmas last year I done 105 visits in the one week between merch, ms and audit - and worked 44 hours. Not for the faint hearted.

 Wow, that is pretty hard core!!
I wouldn't have thought there was enough hours in the day. Hope you had lots of coffee, or Pro Plus!! :D

Whitelabel - 21 reports in an hour?? Surely not, that's less than 3 mins per report on average!! Even the super quick tick box reports take longer than that!!
I like your positive (*cough* wishful *cough*) thinking though!!!
