I've always had quick responses to my emails. I've never felt the need to phone them...

I second that. Plus I don't know what their number is as they always call with a private number.

Anyway TNS paid today. I think it's for all the phones we did last month. Woohoo!
  • Anyone had money from Helion yet? I know they paid last week but thought it would have been in by now....maybe it will be like Bare and go in during the day as its a euro payment.

TNS paid me for 2 electrics and one regular...but I'm missing a premium I think. Need to look into it.
This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.

  • I had a 'within 8 days' email notification on the 14th I think, I get mine from PayPal but had nothing yet (on working day 5)... hope it'll all start trickling in over the next few days :)

Seems TNS got quite a few responses from shoppers all saying much the same thing.

I guess their usual snarl went down particually badly when the other companies are sending out Merry Christmas and thanks for your efforts throughout the year" warm fuzzy mails.

Email is all very well except when you are doing a last moment job at their request -they need to be more on the ball if they want to work on email only.

I find its 2 days standard to get a response. Gyp have a better response time in my experience.
