Well that was embarrassing. Doing the Helion self storage calls and both branches were busy and got diverted to the SAME branch ... I did both calls within 10 minutes of each other. Think I got through to a different person the second time - I hope so! - else he's going to wonder why some random person is ringing both local branches wanting to speak to them only. Might put on an accent next time... certainly staggering the calls - I didn't expect this!

Wish I could get some of the helion self storage calls, they sound like a nice little spinner and its looking like I'll need some soon.

Does the company have any branches in the north east?

I thought if you got through to a different branch you were meant to make your excuses and leave it before trying again to make sure you speak to the right branch. Or is that what you meant you did anyway!?!

Been a while since I did one though, but I do like them, they are simple little jobs

Yep, that's exactly right. I've got two different jobs with two different branches in the local area, turned out I got put through to the SAME alternate store within 10 minutes of my first attempt at each job :S

NIM - you don't need to ring your local branch. Just have in mind a nearby area so if they ask where you live/are moving to you can either say 'In the area' or somewhere specific nearby. I've done them all round as well as my local store.

Never seen them on Helion which is why I asked.
