Samtastic. I think thats really tight. Its not your fault its shut. I argued that with mileage and Parking I am way out of pocket. Had a refurbed shop for Checkout UK 2 weeks ago. They rescheduled and paid me for both visits.

Your right about MS'ing over xmas being no fun. I have now decided I will only do visits not in City Centre...or ones where I don't get locked in car parks..

I don't mind the ones in the City centre as long as there are a few of them, but then I get a free bus there and back on my lunch and I'm on lates this week so have to go through town in the middle of the day to start at 2.30 anyways :) Did 4 visits this morning on the way to work :D

This will be my last week though before Xmas :)

I did one of the bank statement jobs and submitted it today, only to receive an email to say that the job was cancelled. I emailed back to ask why, and apparently it was the wrong bank. For those that don't know, the brief (and questionnaire) detailed a list of banks and asked you to send a couple of statements from any of them. There was a bank name in the job title, but as it was the only bank statement job on the available jobs board, it appeared to me that that bank was the client.

I have responded explaining that this is how the wording came across, and I still expect to be paid for the work as I took the time and effort to do what was asked of me, and it really did look as though I could choose any of the banks on the list.

When I looked again, I saw two other bank statement jobs for two other different banks, so I have a feeling that I'm not the only one who thought this - which brings the case even more into my favour, but are they decent enough to accept their error?

Haha - like you'll have the spare time to do much anymore!! :p;)

    Lol, big congratulations really!! :j
Bloody expensive things those babies though (and they don't even let you sell them on Ebay!)

Thinking about it though, I don't think I've done any baby/child related shops. Unless there's any that I can't think of. Saying that, there aren't that many baby / childrens shops local to me where I shop, so hardly surprising really!

Congratulations you two (soon to be three!)

I remember Dinah posting about feeling a bit under the weather - you couple of rascals! Your diaries really are a tale of boy meets girl, boy and girl fall in love, boy and girl get married and make another person! So happy for you both :j:j:j

Congratulations NIM. You must however be completely mad - babies are noisy, smelly, and hard work even when compared to RE proof readers!

Mate of mine worked out that his toddler costs him just over 6 grand a year. I'm not worried at all...honest :p
