Think I had a floor show in a clothes store! I had tried on some items in the fitting room and was just leaving. The staff member looked at me, then stuttered "Did you find everything you were looking for?" I said "Yes" and she looked shocked. She then said "Good for you! Well done!":rotfl:0

You could be right. Did two visits last night (electrical and restaurant), reports submitted 11 ish last night and both passed this morning.0 -

I've been finding reports going through quickly although today I had the "blurred photo" proofreading query.....0 -

Can someone tell me if the Gap reimbursement fee stated in the assignment is paid at that amount regardless of the actual purchase price? So if reimbursement is £5.00 and purchase is £1.00 you still get £5.00?0

With Gap, the answer is "yes." It's not like RE where the reimbursement appears as, say, £1,000, and they tell you to buy a specific item that costs £1 and so you only get reimbursed the £1 that you spent.0 -
How the reimbursement information was worded seemed to indicated this. Thanks for the clarification!0

Mysterious girl - are you ok ? only there are loads of Gfk banks near us :rotfl:
Hi Gang,
Sorry gone AWOL for a bit as just really busy with nails, family, Christmas shopping etc and MSing takes a back seat. I've got 6 banks for tomorrow. Not allowed to do any more. I don't work for TNS, never see anything worthwhile. I didn't know they did phone shops now. Must keep an eye out.0 -

Anyone got any experience of street parking in Central London on a Saturday or Sunday night? Managed to rope myself into a React visit without looking too closely into the finer details of it. It's a late evening visit which won't be finished until around 10.30pm. Normally if I go into London I park at my local train station and get the train in but this costs a few pounds more than the travel allowance so I thought about taking my car and parking at a meter as it's free after 6.30 but I don't want to end up not getting a space - any ideas? Wish I'd looked at the specific venue before applying! How frowned upon is cancelling a React job?
you should be able to get a parking space somewhere but it might be a a bit of a walk from where you want to go. It depends what area it is as well. From January it wil lbe difficult to park for free when Westminster council bring in their new parking scheme. City of London is free on Saturday and Sunday all day and you are more likely to get spaces there.
I don't know how React are with cancelled visits but I did have to cancel a visit once because I did it on the wrong day by mistake. I explained that I don't normally do this and I had a good record generally. Ted was really good about it and understanding that this mistake can happen.
Hope that helps.0
