Can anyone help, i have done a job for grassroots i have completed the questionair but also have sent a query but i will not get answered till monday but the result is due, will it get cancelled?.

I think he means that there are just 6 that require a comment.One section,the last,requires the same comment every time and can be cut and pasted .

Where do you normally eat and why ?

Give Garry a call early on monday and he will re-allocate it to you. By early I mean early.

It will get deallocated at around 9am ish on Monday if it's not been submitted. Phone them first thing, with the job number, and even if it's been deallocated they can reallocate it, and anything you had already written will still be there again.
Best thing is probably to submit the report as best you can, which it sounds like you have filled it in already, but if there is one question that you have trouble with or whatever it is that you need to query, maybe leave blank, or if it won't let you leave it blank, answer as best you can.
Make a note of the question number your query relates to and phone them to say that although you have submitted it you may need to change X question.

And yes Borders, I have done the report for the RE sandwiches and it definitely was just the 6 questions. Just relating to whether a particular promotion was being advertised or honoured.
There was 2 for my local, but I only looked at this one as it could be done today. Maybe the other one was a longer one?!? It's gone now so I can't check!

No, there literally was just 6 questions!!
I was half expecting that when I actually came to enter the results there would be more that for whatever reason weren't showing when I looked before, just because I know what to expect from RE.
But no, 6 questions, took me 2 mins to do, if that!! Probably took me longer to faff around trying to take a suitable photo! (Yes, that part still had to be done, so still got the RE faffing factor!! )

Not seen one with 6 questions. Dont normally do them for the usual fee but I would be more likely to if it was only the 6 questions.

Got offered the one in the next town along from me. 4x the fee but they were going to call back to confirm it. Never called, so I guess someone else took it. Hope they got more than the usual fee.

thanks Monkeynut but if you have a query grassroots say you should not submit, but i think im gonna ignore this and submit and call them first thing on monday.

oh I would hate to get the proof reading queries coming your way.:D

We all know they come back and ask you questions which were never there. Since this is your first, if they come back and say, there is an error, blah blah blah and ask you to fill in a proper report (if it is an error that is). I would say yes, for xx.xx amount of money.

My responce would be, I took on the job and viewed the questionnaire. Had I reviewed the questionnaire you now want me to fill out, I would never have accepted the job for such little pay. So, you want to give me a brand new report, you can give me a brand new fee.

I'd did my heels in as a matter of principle (and to be a !!!)

I suppose it just makes it more difficult at the weekend Vanny, as you can't just phone them.
At least they don't automatically get deallocated at midnight and go back on for someone else to accept though. You can literally phone them first thing and get it sorted. They are really friendly and helpful in my experience.

MissSarah - if they did turn around and say there was an error, I would damn well stick my heels in too! Will pop back onto RE and see if there is the same questionnaire for other locations. It was just the one section, the 'Focus' section, just asking about a specific lunch promotion.
Is this the same as the longer ones, just with the other sections as well? There's none showing in my area now so I can't look. Guess I could extend the area and try to find one to have a look at, but should really be getting on with other reports!!
