I've been out for a meal. Report has been marked. When I go into the report details it says total score 92% but I have received 0 points. Is this normal? Do the points show up later or have I just not received any? I should get at least 1 point for downloading the receipt :eek:

All this talk of chicken got me in the mood so I went and picked an assignment up (against my better judgement). Read the bloody briefing and then realised why I stopped doing them. It's 20 bloody pages long and you have to remember !!!! loads of stuff!! And what am I supposed to do for the 20 minutes they want me to sit there?
But it's free bait inbetween electricals and glasses I suppose.

I think the score is for the restaurant (on how they performed). The points normally get added at the end of the day the report was submitted. If you had got 0 points, I'm sure you would have been contacted by phone!!!! Give it a bit more time then ring - they are very helpful!

On the front page, towards the right, there should be a meter and it should say the number of points in a star just below it.

Or click on the tab "My Visits" and then it should say "click here to see visit history". It should have the number of points you have.

Strange, if a report has been marked, they always give you the points and if you don't get 10, they call you up and give you a mini telling off in their super posh accents! LOL.

Too true. They've joined my "fired because I can't be asked" list. Was ok until I started trying to up my points with a dire chain and then it's all gone downhill. Wasted enough of my time and petrol doing a decent report, only to get it queried as they have to justify a bad report and then dock me a load of points. Thought they were better than that.

When do Retail Maxim pay? Also, are they just ignoring me or do they not respond to emails? I have sent them a few messages, about different things, and haven't had any replies.

I did an RE hotel job a few days ago and keep getting queries. From the place itself it seems, as RE passed my report ok. Things that are clearly stated in my report, and they keep coming in dribs and drabs, so I'm beginning to get really annoyed now.

You need to call RM to get anything sorted out.

Yes I know about the meter reader but the points haven't increased from last time and when I click on my visit history the other jobs all have points but this one says 0. No phone call. And overall score when I click on the report is 92%, whatever that means?!

Dribs and drabs seem to be the new way of working for RE proofreaders it would seem.

Sounds like its the hotel that has the beef rather than RE. The hotel itself will only have a set amount of time to raise their queries with RE (say 3 days etc).

92% is the score you gave the restaurant with your markings.
