Is that the same as 6 Egg shops? or 5 banks? We should start a new currency.

How does RM actually work? I get the odd e-mail from them. Do they have favoured people that get offered most of the work and then send out e-mails to newer shoppers if they haven't filled the jobs?

I used to just get the odd text message about jobs (only 1 client) but once I did a few for them I started to get more notifications and now I do quite a few each month for them.

I just read a brief where it says the CCTV of the shop may be used to train staff in the future. Normally I do shops that are close to me and I will eventually shop there again for personal purpose, if I gave a staff a deserved poor rating, now I am not quite sure if I would like to shop at that said store again. Alot of the brief says they may use CCTV to verify if the MS did go or not which is OK, but I am not sure about using CCTV for training. Another point is, if they take a look at CCTV to point a MS out for training, wouldn't the store know to look out for the MS in the future?

They would and I'm now 99% certain that MSPA registered mystery shopping providers should not permit this.
I'm in touch with the MSPA about it and am waiting to hear back from them but there is a section of the guidance which basically says that staff should not be able to identify MSers unless the brief specifically states you will need to reveal yourself as part of the job.
This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.

  • Toooo quiet on the job front! Especially as I have just found out that as from the end of December, I have been made redundant from my full time job of ten years. :( Can someone please assure me that thing will pick up after christmas?!!!?!?!!!
