well i bought a iphone 4 of them a couple of weeks ago and it never arrived even the customer service person said it would take 3 to 5 days then he goes i will have to pay 70 odd pound for some delivery rubbish which i didnt he said it from dubai so i knew it fake! so i asked for my money back and he aint given it yet?! and he not replying to his emails either!
if you look at his site and see the ridicilious prices on there you will know it a scam definately
be aware he also made a website before this one called designerlet.co.uk which he closed and opened this one he a con merchant avoid!!

My sympathy if you paid by a bank transfer that was a very clear sign of scam.

My point was that he asked before ordering and as a result have not ordered anything.
Even with Paypal added now I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole.

Visa do chargeback, so do Paypal. However, I think the only option available a week ago was a bank transfer that has nothing to do with Visa.

yhh man i heard he scammed bare other people aswell and making excuses he bankrupt now aswell! u sure about that? becuze it was through my natwest card visa debit that i did the transcation tho so maybe if i go to em tomorrow and ask them see if there a possibility?

How have you paid actually? There is no any debit card payment option on the website (except via Paypal that was added just a few days ago).
I guess you made a transfer from a bank account that your debit card is linked to. Visa have nothing to do with this. Your bank is extremely unlikely to be able to do anything to help you.

yhh i paid via my debit card and i did bank transfer so my bank cant help me? so i will have to forget my money then

It cannot be 'and' unless you paid twice.

To pay by a bank transfer you have to either log into your online banking and make a transfer or to go/phone to you bank and ask them to do this.
To pay by a card you have to give it to a retailer or give the details of the card to a seller online or over a phone.

These are two absolutely different things.
