If you are talking about the scan as you shop scanners, they take all discounts off and show the final price you will pay at the till. I only noticed on the TCO glich, it took both discounts off on the handset just like the till.

I bought one of the lego limo sets last month and it had at sale sticker put on it stating it was reduced to £7.50 from £15, however it didn't scan at self service so I had to go to customer service and they had to put it through as home & wear dept for £7.50.
Now i'm thinking if they looked up the barcode properly it should of come up the cheaper price?
barcode is 5702014602540
Thinking if I should email customer service.... could they check the price by the barcode?0 -

They don't always show all of the discounts.
Sometimes bogof or multibuy offers show, but sometimes they don't - ie the recent muller buy 10 for £3 did not show on scanner, but went through ok at the till.0 -
