Thank you, she did give me it but I was made to feel really rubbish about it.

There was also a big Peppa Pig art set that was £3 - both on the SEL and at the till. Will fill the Santa sack nicely - and she caught me throwing her old one out this week :rotfl:

Just picked up two of the Ocean moon dough sets from Blackp00l. They were marked at full price but scanned for £2. 2 more presents sorted. Thanks

You need to be thick skinned about it sometimes. The last time I got a DTD the woman at CS had a really bad attitude. She muttered to her colleague "This one knows how to work the f****ng system" thinking I didn't hear her. When I replied "Yes, I do don't I?" she looked a little sheepish and went a lovely shade of red.

I don't know what their problem is. Shut up and do your job! Tesco really do have the worst staff I've had the misfortune to encounter.

that made me laugh...not neccessarily the staff at that store, but what a bunch of hyprocrites...the staff at many stores have certainly known how to 'work the f***ing system' during this spate of cheap goods as theres many reports on here of staff taking all the 'good' bargains ie laptops, cameras, satnavs etc....we'reall in the same boat doing the same thing....skint and taking advantage legally of the bargains to be had!!! :)
hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!

The checkout guy wasn't going to sell it to me but he had to go get tape for the hand blender i bought and when he was away I put it in the bag ! ( he'd already rung it through ) - I wasn't leaving it without a fight tho ! REally hope someone else can find a bargin too - There are few and far between now ! But still to be had ! I found one blue VTech camera in the old packaging yesterday and thought I'd hit the jackpot expecting it to scan at £5....I took it to the self scan and it came up at £29! I wasn't too impressed lol. DD wants a camera for xmas too!
