    Can I join in?

I know I'm late, but I do my meal plans on a Friday - Thursday basis, as the fella works shifts and doesn't get his new rotas until a thursday night! I haven't done next weeks plan yet, but I'd like to share my own meal plans to :) They do tend to vary in style depending on whether or not the fella will be around at meal times or not, between stuff that chills/freezes and reheats well, and stuff that should be eaten on the day its made. I generally do a lot of bulk prep on a saturday so that I can spend less time cooking when I get home from work. Also, my tuesdays tend to be a day off cooking as I go to a pub quiz, but I usually have something prepped that can be blasted in the microwave so that I can get a train in time, and so that the bloke doesn't have to learn how to use the oven. I think that in comparison to some of you folks, I'm pretty lax with this. I'm hoping to learn better habits!

Friday - Homemade lasagne, spare portions frozen.
Saturday - homemade steak and ale pies (spare in the fridge/freezer for later eatings) with chips, onion rings and gravy
Sunday - Macaroni bake (reheated from last week)
Monday - Prawn and courgette tagliatelli
Tuesday - Pub night! Eat what ever is handy in the fridge (in this case, a convenient pie!)
    Wednesday - Spanish lentils
Thursday - slowcooker chicken goulash and rice
This is not an automated signature - I type this after every post.
