That's a fantastic idea - do you mind if I borrow it, please? :T
Of course!
I found I was getting in a bit of a rut. One of my new year's resolutions was to make a new recipe every single week - and I did it, up until about June when all of our house-buying stuff got crazy and we were away and so on and I sort of just stopped and haven't got back into it. The vegetarian and no carb and fish rules are really about health! It's so easy (for me) to get into a pattern of eating pasta - well, whenever possible! I'd eat it for lunch and dinner every day if I could and I know that is a) unhealthy and b) boring for the OH. So hopefully if I can stick to my new self-imposed rules I will have healthier, more interesting meal plans0 -
I am def going to give myself the rule of a new recipe a week. That's a brilliant idea, just to get a bit more variety.0
