E2Save Faulty Handset - No Stock / No Exchange Please HELP
I recently bought a contract on T-Mobile Nokia N70 from e2save and the handset was faulty. I called CS and they said they there was no more stock at current and I should return the faulty handset back to them and wait until they get the stock. Its been over a month and they haven't had any stock on N70. Please advice on what I could do. I have an unopened sim card and no handset
.
Any help is much appreciated.

You could either
1) Wait for an exchange or ask for another model
2) Take it into a Nokia service centre to get repaired CLICK HERE
3) Not sure if you can cancell the contract now as its been over a month0 -

These call centre agents most of the times act as bullies as they are on premium number helplines.Once they sell the phone even if it goes faulty it's the responsibility of them to give you the replacement or make it fit for purpose. With in first 30 days if something goes faulty then they have to replace it with any electronic item. You have to register your complaint with respective network, shop or the handset company straight away.First 7 day thing is only for contract cancellation and not for the handset replacement.Handset replacement is valid for first 30 days.0

I managed to talk to them and they have issued me a exchange reference number and I have to return the faulty handset back and hopefully they will send out a 'working' one soon. Thanks for all the support and help.0
