  • Not sure what happened with the pricing but yesterday in MT store in south wales i got 3 lip balms, 3 bs and 3 deos it came to £7.20 not complaining its still 80p per item but thought it would be less, i think its best to put them through in the individual groups as that would increase the discounts

You needed to get 6 lip balms to bring price down, you need a lip balm per item to get the best deal, but you did still get a good deal. The stores I look in either seem to have lipbalms and no other FCUK products or other products and no lipbalms!

I don't think they have been recalled no, what i reckon is that because like me people are doing it in groups of 6, the lipbalms are going down very quickly and so they do not restock as fast as with the FCUK deoderants etc because they usually not such a demand to re-order:D

if they have been recalled the till will flash it up and they won't go through
  • What makes this thread so frustrating for me being the OP is that my store still doesn't have any lipbalms so I haven't got the deal!!! :(

Glad you have all benefitted from it :)

thank you. there was no sign up in my store about either offer but both worked - the free lip balm and the three for two.

Has anyone tried in 1psw1ch boots store? I couldn't find any on the shelf today but when asked a SA he replied the lipbalms have been recalled!!! is this true???

Tried the one in the main street and the buttermarket one on Tuesday I was amazed neither had the lip balms (especially the big store) I asked in the morning and popped back later in the day I was told that they were waiting for more stock
  • They were a few lip balms left in Westfield Shepherd's Bush last night.

The shop also has self service tills but they are only on one floor of the shop.

    Hope this helps somebody.

Working last night at Westfield Shepherd's Bush and signs up for both free balm and 3 for 2. Machine also accepted one 25% off shower. 3 items were £2.70. Could pay with points instead.

As of this morning: OOS in York Coney Street, Coppergate and King's Square.

Bought last 3 lip balms at Monks X with 2 x deoderant and a body wash, used care worker discount card, total cost £1.38, SA thought she hadn't scanned everything, re-checked it and told me I'd got a real bargain! Plus, got a free lipstick from natural collection with ACM coupon.

    Thanks OP!! :j
