Probably not.
I've been going in regularly to look for stock of the lipbalm and when I was in on Thursday, the girl I asked did a computer search. This search generated a little receipt which included a list of offers the item was involved in. The free with fcuk purchase was no longer on that list so I really don't think so. I doubt any store has stock so noone can check and the 3for2 finishes next week (I think).
