As others have said, de-clutter, sort out your curtains - especially the purple ones draped in front of the shelved alcove in the sitting room, plant up your baskets and pots or put them away, give your patio and furniture a scrub to clean it up. The sitting room windows seem quite small and the purple chimney breast, curtains, dark furniture, floor and rug absorb light and make it look rather dingy. Paler patterned paper and a cheap palecurtains and rug would make a difference.
What might be putting people off? The house is detached only because there is a gap of a few inches between it and the next door property; rain can get in there but not the sun or wind to dry it off which might be spelling current or future damp problems.
Without a floor plan I can't figure out the layout and the size of the front and back gardens, and the photographer needs a sharp word.
.................:)....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)
  • What puts me off is a guide of £140k - £145k. It tells me you are trying to entice me at £140k, but really want £145k.

The other misleading thing is 'No Stamp Duty'. There isn't stamp duty if you are an FTB. But how many FTB's buy 4 bed detached houses?

So you're EA is an outright lyer/trying to purposely mislead, doesn't bother with floor plans (which a child could knock up in 5 minutes) and can't take decent pictures - Your kitchen blind should have been open to let the light flood in. Why did the EA not advise this? Get rid of the coats on the door and remover one of the single beds. Your EA should have advised on all of this - get rid of him.

Dark, too much purple, too much clutter.

Claimed to be detached, but is obviously detached by about 2cm from whatever is to the left of the wall in pic 3. This would make it very difficult to do any work on the house, should that become necessary.

I also do not like front doors that open straight into the living room.

Having said all that it does look very well-priced to me - in my area all that can be bought for £139k is a parking space. I suspect the real reason for no viewings is something that can't be seen in the photos. Is it near an ambulance station/hospital? Is it opposite a pub, next door to a night club / kebab shop? Drug rehab clinic, bail hostel, football stadium?

The photo quality are some of the worse ive seen on a professional site, photo 2 isn't even focused right and as others have said it needs a floor plan.

Okay the photos are way to dark, if it was a dark day the photographer should have turned the lights on. Not surprised he didn't as he is a muppet.

Look at streeview at the exterior of the house and then compare this to the photographer's one, its like night and day.

Plus his photo makes your house look like its on a hill as it is shot at the wrong angle.

Your front room pictures are too dark, I would have also turned one of your sofas so it is on the wall by the window.

Dining room, de-clutter, come on you could have moved the coats, candles, lamp, desk chair out of the way.

Kitchen needs to be taken from a different angle, the cooker in the foreground dominates.

Bedrooms just so cluttered, plus could the pictures be taken from a worse position.

Outside is bad, the small L shaped piece of decking makes it look like you are hiding something. Take down the trampoline and store it away.

No bathroom shot would instantly mean I wouldn't view, I have seen too many houses where the bathroom picture wasn't included so I wasn't prepared for the horror I then encountered.

Apart from that you have quite a lot of competition.

Those photos look awful, they are good if the buyer can spot the potential and bag a bargain (like I did with my place, really awful photos!).

Seriously, the house looks dark, cluttered and unloved! Too much stuff I bet you don't need! And the trampoline in a small garden and no plants or greenery, NOT good.
Get rid of lots of stuff, it makes the house look small, so everyone will think there's no storage.
Tone down the colours, change the bed sheets to something neutral (read white) and make the beds properly.
Get a few potted evergreen plants and put them in the garden. The kitchen looks nice, just make sure the blind is up and the view is onto greenery.
And then get a new EA with a good camera and get him to take better photos.
    Good luck!
