I used the XX-SCT5 (£10 off £50 groceries) today, and was told that the value was £0.00 on my confirmation email. Has anyone used this voucher successfully, or had a £0 value in their confirmation and gone on to receive the voucher total?

    Thanks in advance.

    Oops - didn't see Kimberley's message above!

i ordered mine yesterday and its just been delivered with the £10 knocked off even though on the website and the confirmation email they both said £0 so looks like it is working and it wasn't the driver who did it was done instore iyswim :) hth

I did an order the other day using the spend £10 get £5 off. However the item I wanted to order was less than £10. I topped up my order with a tesco value sim card which took my order over £10 (and bagged me free delivery!!!).

Thought this might help some people if they want to place an order for under £10.

Thank you. I put the order in and thought that it would be great if it worked, but after all the £5 I'd had lately, wasn't worried if it didn't.

It sounds hopeful though. I'll post to let peeps know how I get on.

Becareful if other family members order items for delivery at same address.I have had megga trouble after having only 4 items delivered. They blocked my credit card use and blamed it on the bank which was totally untrue. On their advice I tried other credit and debit cards and my father also tried ordering on his card for delivery to his address. They have now blocked the use of any of my cards and said we need to purchase individual money cards from tescos for each member of the family to enable us to purchase anything from tescos online. No feesable explanation can be given, they just pass me to different people even though I reported the problems I was having immediately and their advice was to just keep trying with a different card or on a different account as other people had also encountered problems.

My advice would be as soon as you get problems STOP trying. I rarerly order anything online and have never had problems with my credit/debit cards before.

Thank Kimberley (or is it Mrs Aragorn!). Mine's coming tomorrow so we'll see what happens.

bit confused! got a code for £10 off a £50 spend!

The guide price, well say that's over £50 but then after discounts (BOGOF's etc) it comes to less than £50 will the code still be applied?

    cheers

Apologies if this has been asked before (and I bet it has) but I've read about people 'banking' their Tesco code. What is this please, and how's it done? More importantly, how can it be best used?

    cheers,
    Martin
