i used mine for my son whose name is different to my name so i would say yes. it says on each deal if they are transferable or not.

No..They need to be eCoupons, you can ask to be sent eCoupons in the future, on the Tesco website .

Hi everyone

(Not sure if this in the right place)

Just want some of your advice, as the title says can we get caught for using codes online for Tesco.

I know they are multi million pound company and as their profit announcment goes to show they are raking it in.

But for about a year now I have been using any codes going and have not paid for 1 single delivery charge, my guilt comes as I know there's some poor !!!!!! doing my shopping loading it in the van bringing it to me for nothing.

It occured to me the other day what if someone picks up on this and phones me to query it, surely Tesco wouldn't be sending me codes every week so what would I say? I know we all do it, but I just have this niggle in the back of my mind is it legal? should I be using these codes like this?

Yes, they have a code on the voucher. Type it in online when you get to the checkout. You can either get sent the paper ones which you can use for anything or the ecoupons which can only be used online.

I wouldn't risk it.

I tried using one that I found but they denied the transaction as the registered addresses were different.

i logged into my online account and redeemed my grandfathers deals vouchers in my name.

Tesco contacted me , and said they would not be able to do the transaction as his address, and our address were different.

So i told them to send the deals to his address and he can give them to me.

they said

Oh, ok.

and they were sent out.
