Sorry for being a bit wet behind the lugs...

Just ordered my 1st on line and went with the 500 clubcard points. Every time i tried to add a £5.00 off £50.00 voucher it rejected saying could not use the two.

Can you use multiples and if so in what instance?

Would i be right in assuming you could use £5.00 of groceries and £15.00 off wine, but not £5.00 off groceries and the 500 points like i tried?

You can only use one e-voucher per shop. As the wine order is a different shop ,you can use another voucher for that .
Never pay more than you have too

Can I combine a wine order with a grocery order (delivered on the same time-slot) so I could use two codes, but only pay one delivery charge?

The value of the codes normally wipes out the delivery charges, but maybe some MSE'er could help me on this one.........thanks

You can get them delivered at the same time, but you'll have to pay seperate delivery charges, unless you spend over £99 on wine in which case it is free delivery.

The wine you order has to come from the wine warehouse and delivered to your home shopping store, then delivered to you. Hence the 6 day wait until the first delivery slot.

Many members including myself taken up the offer of free 1000 points if you trial our dvd service.

Well I applied on the day I got the email- All went fine or so I thought.

    Got this email yesterday -
    Dear Marcellep,

Thank you for your interest in our service. According to our records a free trial account has already been used at your address with one of the services powered by the LOVEFiLM group of companies.

A free trial is available to new DVD rental subscribers only. Existing subscribers, or those who have previously enjoyed a free trial period with any member of the LOVEFiLM group of companies (including ScreenSelect), or any website powered by LOVEFiLM or Video Island are not eligible and will be billed normally for use of the service. According to our terms and conditions only one free trial is allowed per household so we cannot authorise a second free trial at this time.

We can allow a second account if it is paid for immediately. Please let us know how you wish to proceed, if we do not hear from you within 3 days we will not proceed with your second application.

    Kind regards,

    Mike

    Dear Sir/Madam,

At what point during the sign up process does it state you are linked to other comanies.

I thought in this day and age Tesco would be Tesco and not Lovefilm.

As a regular customer with your group I am disgusted that I am going to miss out on this oppertunity to earn an extra 1000 points.

Please remove my details with immediate effect,

    Regards

    Marcellep

    Then got another reply -
    Dear Marcellep,

Thank you for your recent email.

This is to inform that we have checked our records and can confirm that you are eligible to activate your account using the promocode "TDRAPR". Please accept our apologies for the incorrect previous reply you received from our end.

We can confirm that your account has been activated as requested. Don't forget to make sure that your selection list is up to date. We are adding new titles to our library every day so there is always something new to enjoy.

Your next selection of DVDs will be with you shortly and we can confirm that your next billing date will be 04/05/2007.

If you have any other questions then do please let us know, otherwise welcome back and we hope that you will continue to enjoy using Tesco DVD rental.

    Kind regards,

Do you only get the 1000 points when you've paid your first sub? So it's not free, exactly (I'm not moaning, I've done it for £4.47 a month and tbh will probably keep it up - Blockbusters has crap stock, s blimmin expensive, and I always end up buying 6 tubes of pringles and some ice cream too :-( )
