    Hello Everybody ...

I have a question please for the great minds of the Tesco Codes Discussion Forum ...

I have just put through an online grocery order ... I ordered just over £50 and used the code for £5 off plus 500 points ... I don't do this very often as I prefer to shop instore and use my manufacturers vouchers to reduce the bill ... and I 'ummed and arrghed for a while if I was going to do it at all ... the MSing has gone haywire in our house ... :rotfl: ... but opted for this as it seemed a good return ... I have also included a large item which I will hand back to the driver for a refund thus reducing my total outlay to points ratio .... I found you could do this once before by mistake when I ordered the wrong Whisky at Christmas ...

Anyway back to the chase ... I have only two BOGOF items in my shop today but it made me think ... my question is ...

If I ordered items on BOGOF to the value of £50+ ... and the checkout accepted my eCoupon for over £50 spend ... and then upon delivery my total was say £25 ... would Tescolditz still honour the points at order total ... ? ... I seem to remember when I have ordered before (Before MSE and before i was as Tesco-wise) I still got the points I think ...

If anyone had an idea I would be most grateful for future reference ...

I have been told in the past that bonus wine points are added at statement time or wine eCoupon expiry ... also they have been added at this time even when they have note shown on my delivery slip!

anyone had their 500 pionts and £5 off confirmed yet, my order due Wednesday

Had my delivery today (tues), no £5 off, just the 500 points. Knew it was too good to be true! Don't know whether to phone up cs to complain, or keep a low profile in case they ask why I have 7 accounts!
  • little bill i very often put quite a few bogoffs in my order the last one was brought down to £42.00 del inc and still got my points
what code are you using to get 500 points and £5 off?
not having an online food shop this week but are having a glut of wine later (yum)
driving to stores to make use of clothing vouchers a long trip but worth it

Thanks ... You would have to be clever to juggle all your BOGOF's ... and also get stuff you needed ... but is worth a thought ...

The code from above on this page ... xx-hj6j ... I have had my email confirmation through which states £5 off plus 500 points ... delivery is tomorrow so i will let all know if the delivery slip says the same ....

I too rang up to query something. When I was asked for my postcode they said 'my, you do have a lot of accounts" I played stupid and said I kept losing my card so thought you had to register again!

Does anyone get more than 1 clubcard statement? Usually our points get amalgamated, but just noticed o/h has an account with 44 points and says sorry you havent enough points for vouchers yet. Just done a shop with 500 points, so does that mean he will now get a separate statement?

I saw something about this on the thread earlier but couldn't find it again to check if Tesco drivers do take them and give you a refund. Can anyone help? I've got a delivery coming tonight. If so, will they take more than one, or just one?

on the driver's electronic pad there is an option "number of coupons" which they can input before you sign, you then give the driver the voucher

HOWEVER... the success of this relies on a) the driver actually bothering to give the coupon back to somebody at the depot. 2) the people at the depot actually bothering to process it

personally i would keep the voucher and use it in-store where you can be sure it wont get lost or not processed, as once you hand the coupon to the driver it is out of your sight and you dont know if it will be taken off properly and if not then you have lost the coupon for good

  • Currently one gets 600 BA miles for £2.50.

I believe that some people get a better rate. How does one achieve this?
