I personally think (and praying) that tesco wont do away with the extra points codes. They must generate a lot of spend that would otherwise be spent elsewhere and surely the scheme must pay for itself.

Hi
I've saved up my clubcard vouchers and have £400 worth. Want to book a holiday, so tried to book through Cosmos, and it was quite expensive to start with, then I was told I can't have the free child place if using clubcard vouchers. So I tried to book a holiday through airmiles, and although I have 9,600 airmiles, it doesn't seem to be good value at all! anyone booked a holiday using clubcard vouchers? Am I going wrong somewhere? THANKS!!:rotfl:0 -

me and mt OH drink loads of cans of coke etc while it is warm, so i always stock up when they are on bogof and have used code xxcvht for 1000 points for a 30 pound spend(after deductions) 3 times(diff accs), we would buy them in store but they are too heavy lol and i would not have the room for my toiletries :rotfl:coupon over here, coupon over there, every crack filled with coupons even down there(meaning under the buggy lol):D0

I wanted to use the wine code just for the points but didn't want to risk it being rejected as we have enough wine for the moment. I rang and asked if I could use a code I'd found but it hadn't been sent to me. I told him I'd done it lots of times before. He confirmed that although it had been possible in the past, that it was illegal to use codes found on the internet, and Tescos had now put a stop to it. He said in the case of wine codes, it was obvious if the code wasn't linked to the email address, and although the code had been accepted at checkout, it would be cancelled on despatch. We had a frank discussion, hope it isn't true but it might be ! Someone prove him wrong please !0

i'm just about to place an order for wine using xx-E00E which is 500 points for any 12 bottles of wine. On final page it is saying 500 hundred points but it has taken £5.00 of the final price (this is in addition to the £5 off for free delivery). I want the points not the £5 off, can anyone tell me if I will get them or not, many thanks0

Re holidays
I have just booked and paid for a family of 4 to go to Orlando for 17 days, i will have to arrange my own car hire and some people have had to pay for a fuel surcharge (which i didn't) and even with these things i'm one happy bunny, wouldn't of been able to do it anyother way, i think the best value holidays are the all inclusive ones that are paid for completly with deals, so with my £950 worth this quater and whatever i get next quater i'll be looking at that for the end of next year.0 -
I have just done my first internet shop with tesco's, I used XX-CVHT to get 1000 extra points and this was excepted ok, so I have had a major boost to my card. Does anyone know if this will go on lin time for the August statement?
