I would not stop using codes just because one person has had problems!

If you look further back you will see quite a few people have had this happen to them.

Ok I stand corrected, a handful of people have had problems. I would only start to worry of lots of ppl started having problems. Thousands of people on here and PTS would have reported any major problems. I must assume that people on here are maybe having probs with same code

Not happy, received a till spit today giving me £5 off a £10 spend on direct today. Went into order, put in code and says I cannot use code, even though its the only voucher there!
Order came to £60!

However there was a term on the voucher stating only 1 'TD' voucher can be used per transaction. Is this new?

Gonna ring CS about this as not happy. Will post code once I got it sorted.

A handful of people perhaps at the moment but it's now happened to me for my weekly shop for each of the last 3 weeks. Different codes too (I *might* still have the codes I tried to use somewhere in my email if you're interested).

I'm no huge user/abuser of the system either. One code a week on one account is the maximum I've ever done.

It'll be interesting to see what happens with my next order.

I would be interested to see what codes it is

I have used the extra points ie 200 and 300 with no problems lately.

All 3 were for money off - not for extra points. The most recent was T963GP99GP9. I'll see if I can dig out the others but don't hold your breath as my email is about as organised as a very unorganised thing! Will see what I can do later.

Hey don't worry about it, I have read over threads on PTS and nobody is relaly reporting any problems with certain codes. I see from this thread that one particular MOC is not working.

Will give it a go with extra points next time round......not that I'm paranoid of course
