Switching off caller alert service
I have a Nokia 1110 on Tesco Mobile. Each time I make a call to a mobile which subsequently is not answered, my phone sends a 'caller alert' text to the other phone at the cost of an astounding 5p. How do I stop my phone from sending caller alerts whilst still keeping my caller identity visible??

I've never heard of these "caller alerts", but try disabling the following setting:
Menu > Settings > Phone settings > Confirm SIM service actions0
