The other replies in this thread not enough for you? Why don't you contact Pinnacle and see if they accept complaints on behalf of the defunct firm? If it was sold by London Scottish Bank then you'll have to complain to the administrators. If it was London Scottish Finance then you should complain to Pinnacle.0 -
