3 settings needed

I need internet settings for three, i heard messenger is free so does anybody know how i download it onto the phone, anyway im having problems with setting up internet on my new phone, it keeps saying invalid web settings when i click on home, im on a 12 months contract nokia 6280, can somebody tell me what to do please cos this is really confusing, i would like step by step instructions please

go here and click 'Get standard settings' and follow the instructions in the pop up window
