Thanks Diz, have got busy day tomorrow again. DD in Physio and I've got lots of Amazon parcels to post and I'm hoping I'll hear something off either Egg or Halifax. Am so near my £1000 target now that I just want to reach it.
Can't believe its Easter all ready, where has the time gone? It'll be the summer holidays before we know it.0 -
Hi Guys...:D Ooh GR I'm loving your totals, you must be feeling pretty chuffed yourself
Well I took back some jeans today. They just didn't feel right. Only £12 reduced but that's heading back into my account now.
I am so tired today, I'm not surprised with the times I've been getting in bed recently.
Been to the library and picked a couple of books so it'll be an early night (I hope) with a hot water bottle and book.
Nothing at all exciting today has happened.
Some free flower bulbs came today for OH that I'd ordered on the freebies link, so I must go and say thanks to who posted it. I did press the thanks button but it's nice to let them know I got my bulbs.
Going for a lie down in a minute, maybe catch you all later.

Nothing exciting happened here either. An early night sounds great. Can't see it happening here though. I had visitors waiting for me the minute I got home from work then it was food all round and now the washing up is up to the ceiling.0

Oh dear...I bet you were pleased to see them though?
I'm going for that lie down now...I keep lurking. I love the shabby chic thread, there are such gorgeous houses on there and great links. I want a shabby chic house but aside from me no one in my family like that style.
Catch you later...

Well I resurfaced about 10 minutes ago. Can't believe it, just shows how much sleep we need. I'll still sleep tonight . Had the strangest dream...about driving down a one way street then realising it, getting out, and picking up the car which had then gone small to the right side of the road!!!! Then I went to one of my close school friends new house (in life she has her own house and hasn't moved) and on the wall she'd put a huge childlike picture, of an alien in a space rocket. I said 'oh I like that' She said 'you drew that and gave it to me when we were at junior school!!! Then I was in an antique shop looking at stuff for ebay with the deputy head, who I've never had a conversation about antiques with!!!!
Am I cracking up? I'm usually quite good about dream meanings, can figure out the one way street one but not the others.
Feel really groggy so will get back off to bed soon.
Hope everyone has a great Tuesday.
Keep well.

I know....:rotfl:
Seriously though...oh what do you mean you were being serious???
Even by my standards that was a 'wierd' dream.
Good job I had that extra sleep. Got a text from eldest DS yesterday saying he might call at the pub on the way home from work. So it got later, I spoke to him twice and he said he was coming home in a taxi later on. He didn't sound (iykwim) like he was were he said he was so I was a bit concerned. Last spoke to him about 1.30am said he was still in the pub. Anyway got up this morning and he hadn't come home. I rang him, phone not connecting...panic mode. Eventually he rings me, he'd gone back to an ex-girlfriends in town and was making his way to work...and 'forgot' to let me know!
Why oh why do they do this...I knew he wasn't were he said he was, mothers intuition. He'll be 20 in 3 months but we still worry about them don't we? Woe betide him when he gets in from work. (What a funny saying that is lol)
So I may be in bed early again...
On the moneyside absolutely nothing doing. Did spend some on lunch but only £1.60p
Oh I remember now I did pop to asda last night too...arghh stop the world I want to get off, not permanantly of course, just have a little breather then jump back on.:D
Right I'm rambling, lack of sleep maybe...
Catch you laters

Oh Diz don't be too hard on Son, we've all done it, but saying that he should have told you he wouldn't have been home even if he wanted to remain cagey about where he was!!!!!
When are you making the next payment to the debt, is it soon?0 -
Hi GR...oh I know. When I think back to when I was younger. A friend of mine left home at 16 and moved in with her boyfriend. Needless to say most weekends were spent there. Yes, in my afghan and fishing hat listening (and the rest
)to pink floyd, led zep etc The memories are sweet.
Anyway I think DS went to work late because whilst I was at work he came home, DD was at home, so he must have fibbed when he said he was on his way to work. Very unusual for him to do that. He's a brilliant lad and never given us any problems really and so respectful to OH and me. Perhaps he's rebelling!!!!
But as you say I won't be hard on him, he'll know he's had me worried and that should be enough for him. He finishes work at 9pm.
Guess what, I've just been to asda again. Needed phone credit and then spent £8, then a bit more in the 'alcohol shop' I think I need it tonight.:D
I'm going to pay off my remaining debt probably this saturday, if I get up early enough to catch the bank. But I don't feel anything about it, I thought I'd be elated?! I feel like I'm jeopardising all my hard work by spending, I don't know why I do this??
Hope you're okay GR. Not long to go till the hols. Have heard it's supposed to be blizzards at the weekend. Crikey I sound all doom and gloom don't I?

Doom and gloom you want to see me. I been reading over all the lovely text messages that boyfriend sent me before he sank into his depression and I've been sobbing reading them. I hate the distance between us and want to see him so much. I can't even blame my hormones!!!
I wouldn't be surprised if we had blizzards over the weekend the weather has been so mild over the winter it's bound to change. I'm planning a good old spring clean this weekend. God my life is full of excitement isn't it?0
