Hi all,

I would like someone to confirm the cashback deal with these company: is it true if I miss one cashback claim for some reason, I will lose the rest of the cashback claim.

Two completely different companies - I believe that CoolNewMobile also trade as Phoneboxdirect. They have the term that if one of your claims is invalid, the cashback offer becomes null and void.

I am not aware of Mobileshop having the same term - however, as with all companies, check the Terms and Conditions before you sign up (Mobileshop's are on their website, with a good Help/FAQ section as well).

That said, be ultra organised, find out all the key questions like this before you sign up, don't miss a claim and then it doesn't become an issue :rolleyes:.

I know nothing about Coolnewmobile, but I havent really had any problems with Mobileshop. Mobileshop are a bit slow at paying, but they do eventually pay.

thanks for the replys, I dont mind mobileshop slow paying, as long as they pay. at least if I miss a claim, I wont lose the lot.
