Has anyone else had problems getting line rental rebates from Carphone Warehouse?
I'm due about £500 for three Nokia 6630's I took out on 18 month contracts in July 2005.
I've continually contacted Carphone Warehouse about this, and have even threatened legal action, but I'm getting nowhere.

Mine have been fine. Have you called to ask about the staus of the claims? Were you late claiming? Elaborate....

Got ours ok too, a bit slow on the last one but it arrived0

They still havent sent my automatic chequeback, they are coming up to 2 months late now (over the initial within 2 month period). They said it has been raised now.....
Its a bit of hit and miss, all my claims with them previous to this automatic one (lol) have all been within the time period!0
