This is a good answer, however I don't think that firms were ever allowed to only look at the narrow points a consumer raised. They always should have fully investigated every complaint.
supposed to but didnt, I can name 2 well known firms that ive contracted at that only looked at complaint points before the ps10/12. theyd respond to them in the reject letter as if they had looked at the whole sale, when they hadn't got past the complaint points.0
