just wanted to say, i have just washed my face using the OCM and my skin feel soooooo nice, i dont think its felt this soft in agesand it feels so clean, will see how it is tomorrow and hopefully it will help my skin, also will be buying some MOM as mentioned by glowgirl in a previous thread and the revlon foundation. fingers crossed i will have no more oil sleeks. cheers guys for all your adive x

If the OCM works for you and you dont mind doing it, it will balance your skin and the oil slick will be a thing of the past.

I also use Decleor Ylang Ylang aromaessence if I can get it cheap enough

I still have problems, my skin is never going to get perfect at my age, but since I used the OCM I would say my skin is less sensitive to cosmetics and skin products and I can now use a big enough range to keep my skin as oil free as possible and pretty young looking ( I always get thought of being in my late 30's not heading fast towards 50)

Having oily skin really is a blessing :D

Thanks, but I find it reallly difficult to choose a shade just by a picture on the screen... I'd much rather try it!! I'm going to London tomorrow so will take a look at some shops see if they have it and I can take a look at the real thing. Then of course I'll buy from ebay, always great prices! Last week I got a lot of 6 tinted moisturizers from Stila for £25!! (best I've found for oily skin)

You just need to go to Boots or Superdrug, Superdrug sell the lightest shade if you need that, Boots dont seem to stock it, well my local one doesnt anyway:)

I finally bought the "Natural Tan" shade and it's really nice, I'm very happy with it :) It gives me a slight colour and very nice finish, although my skin is beginning to shine by now (I applied it @ 8 this morning)
  • Glowgirl...by lightest shade of the Revlon Colorstay do you mean Ivory? The bigger Boots stock this shade - It's by far my foundation of choice, and the shade is perfect. Funnily enough though, I don't particularly rate the Revlon Colorstay concealer - it's ok, but I find that the Boots 17 Hide and Chic concealer in Light Rose is an absolutely perfect match for my Revlon foundation.

It is Ivory, dd uses it not me I wear Sand beige. I don't use concealer but I was singing the praises of No 17 products on another thread, when I checked the advantage machine in Boots today it gave me Hide and chic as a free with any No 17 purchase, I'll give it to dd and see if she likes it, that was the only colour they had left so maybe it was fate;) could be worth checking if you have an advantage card:)
