Well. I have sorted it out now.... Emailed the head office and followed it up with a phone call to check they recieved it. They rang me back to tell me that the area manager would be calling me. Two hours later he did and after discussing it, he obviously denied that the company were in the wrong but organised a £100 store credit at a different store. I went straight down, got very good service, picked a club and got to hit 30 balls on the range. The manager was very helpful and informative without being remotely sales orientated. He even agreed with me about the origional club not being right for me and didnt look impressed when he swung it around.
Seems like a case of one bad egg spoiling the company image to me.0 -

Very comfortable on the range with it. It's blowing a gale up here today so I dont expect much on the course later on. 9.5 Taylor Made Burner... Stiff.0
